Product Rating Condition Guidelines

We are committed to transparency and accuracy in describing the condition of all our products. Each item is carefully inspected and assigned one of the following condition ratings:

5 - New Plus (Giftable)

  • Factory sealed or unopened in original packaging
  • Perfect condition with no defects, marks, or signs of wear
  • Complete with all original accessories, manuals, and warranty cards
  • Suitable for gifting - presentation quality packaging
  • Never used, displayed, or removed from packaging

4 - New (Not Giftable)

  • Brand new and unused item
  • May have damaged, missing, or non-retail packaging
  • Item itself is in perfect condition with no defects
  • Not suitable for gifting due to packaging issues or being a personal care item

3 - Used - Very Good

  • Item shows minimal signs of previous use
  • Functions perfectly as intended
  • May have very minor cosmetic imperfections (tiny scratches or scuffs)
  • All essential parts and accessories included
  • May be missing non-essential accessories or documentation
  • Original packaging may be damaged or missing
  • For health/beauty items: may be new but missing disposable parts (e.g., toothbrush with head removed)

2 - Used - Good

  • Item shows moderate signs of previous use
  • Functions properly with no significant issues
  • Visible cosmetic wear such as scratches, markings, or minor dents
  • May be missing non-essential accessories, screws, or parts that don't affect functionality
  • May have been repackaged or have damaged packaging
  • May have been repaired but works properly

1 - Used - Acceptable

  • Item shows significant wear from previous use
  • Continues to function properly despite aesthetic issues
  • Visible scratches, dents, discoloration, or other cosmetic damage
  • Box/packaging may be significantly damaged or missing
  • May be missing multiple accessories or parts (while remaining functional)
  • Not suitable for those seeking a like-new appearance

P - Parts Only

  • Item is being sold as a component, part, or for parts extraction
  • May be a working component from a non-working unit
  • May be a non-working part intended for repair or replacement purposes
  • Condition of the part itself will be noted (New, Used - Very Good, Used - Good, etc.)
  • No guarantees of compatibility unless explicitly stated
  • May be missing mounting hardware or connectors
  • Sold as-is with no returns unless specifically defective upon arrival
